Create a Role from an Existing Role

  1. Select > USERS & ACCOUNTS > Groups and Roles

  2. The GROUPS AND ROLES page displays.

  3. Select the ROLES tab.

  4. Select the name of the role to use as a template.

  5. The VIEW ROLE page displays.

  6. Click Use as Template.

  7. The NEW ROLE page displays populating the form with values from the role selected with the exception of the name.

  8. Enter the new role Name.

  9. Review and modify as required.
  10. Click Apply.
