Smart Management Fabric (SMF) - A Sample Deployment

In this sample, the devices on two separate networks, can connect via Lighthouse, when Smart Management Fabric (SMF) is enabled.

Using Smart Management Fabric (SMF)

To set up Lighthouse as the router for a deployment:

1. Configure the Address space, as described Configuring Subnets for a Multiple Instance Lighthouse.

2. Enable Smart Management Fabric and provide the internal area id, as described  .

3. Configure the Smart Management Fabric templates for the nodes, as described Create Smart Management Fabric (SMF) Templates.
