The following table describes release dates for the software and user guide for 25.07 releases. The link from the software to the user guide always points to the latest version of the user guide.

Password Policy

The password policy is updated so that some settings are enabled by default. The following topics are updated to reflect these updates:

SSH Configuration Changes

The Console Gateway and SSH Authentication pages have been merged into a new SSH Parameters page. On this page you can configure the:

• Port delimiter and SSH address for the console gateway.

• SSH for password authentication and connection as root user.

• New TCP forwarding setting.

Other Documentation Updates

• The following topics have been updated to provide clarity around certificate renewal:

  • Lighthouse Certificate Management

  • cert_manage

• The Prepare to Upgrade Lighthouse topic has updated links to previous versions of Lighthouse.

• Information about the "Delete" button has been added to Time Settings Page.

• A note has been added to:

  • Create storage and add Lighthouse VHD image to clarify use of quotation marks.

  • Boxes-on-Fedora-Workstation-Host and CentOS-as-Host to describe what happens when the base operating system on an image file is not identifiable.

• The RADIUS Configuration topic is updated to:

  • Include a note to describe having matching groups in Lighthouse is there is a user group on the RADIUS server.

  • Replace Frame-Filter-ID references with Filter-ID.

• The Prerequisites section of the Set up Lighthouse as a Connected Resource Gateway (CRG) topic is updated.

• The following topics have been updated to replace Azure AD references with Entra ID:

  • SAML Configuration for SSO

  • Entra ID Example (previously named "Azure Example - Active Directory")

• Information about mounted directory support has been added to the Advanced Options topic under Secure Provisioning.

• The Lighthouse Overview topic is updated to include WCAG certification.

• The Manage User and Group Templates and Create a User and Group Template topics have been updated with a note about matching the password policy on the node.

• The Lighthouse VM Files section on Installing Lighthouse has been updated with a QEMU Copy-On-Write version 2 virtual disk image.

• The Install NetOps Modules topic has been updated to include information on how to Upgrade NetOps Modules.

• The Manually Create an AMI on AWS topic has been updated to reflect updates to the bootstrap script.

• The CLI Based Workflow topic has been removed from the Advanced Functionality > Secure Provisioning section of the manual.
